Research Interest:
  • Serum Albumin (SA) as a protein carrier and its interactions with drugs across various model organisms
  • Protein structure determination and refinement
  • My current research is focused on investigating the interactions between equine serum albumin (ESA) and a collection of anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs. Human serum albumin (HSA) functions in a very similar way and the final goal of this research project is to compare if the mode of interactions with drugs between various organisms and human are conserved .
  • Co-Recipient of the Harrison Undergraduate Research Award for work on Serum Albumins
